Maudite Machine tech rider

Two formats. Please confirm which one is booked and send the booth details (mixer, players, monitors, photos) at least 7 days before the show.

DJ set

Indie dance and dark disco. 90 minutes to 4 hours.

Players: 2 x Pioneer DJ CDJ-3000. CDJ-2000NXS2 accepted as a minimum. Linked with Pro DJ Link (Ethernet). Firmware updated before the show. A third player is welcome.
Mixer: Pioneer DJ DJM-A9 preferred. DJM-V10 or DJM-900NXS2 accepted. Any other mixer only with prior agreement.
Playback: USB, rekordbox export. No laptop is used for DJ sets.
Booth monitors: 2 x active full-range monitors (12" or 15" with horn) at ear height, on both sides of the mixer, with a level control at the booth, on a send independent from the main mix.
Booth: stable table 90 to 100 cm high, free of vibration, at least 140 x 60 cm of free surface. Two grounded power outlets. A small light if the booth is dark.
Artist brings: 2 USB sticks, headphones.

Indie dance and dark disco. 60 to 75 minutes.

Artist brings: Ableton Push 3, Dreadbox Typhon, Melbourne Instruments Roto-Control, MacBook Pro with Ableton Live, an audio interface with 2 balanced outputs, and all cables between his own devices.
Venue provides: 2 active DI boxes or 2 balanced XLR lines (stereo L/R) from the artist's interface to FOH.
Power: one clean circuit with 4 grounded outlets at the table. Total draw under 300 W.
Table: at least 180 x 70 cm, 90 to 100 cm high, stable. When the space allows, separate from the DJ mixer.
Monitors: same as the DJ set.
Transitions: a CDJ and mixer setup next to the live table when the live set is followed or preceded by a DJ set.
Soundcheck: 30 minutes of line check before doors, or a 15-minute changeover for a mid-night slot. FOH receives a stereo line at line level, no submix needed.

Top view: the artist faces the audience behind the table (180 x 70 cm, 90 to 100 cm high, 4 x power) with Push 3, Roto-Control, MacBook Pro (Ableton Live) and Typhon (Dreadbox), the audio interface behind them; monitor L and monitor R (12"/15" + horn) on each side; 2 x CDJ + DJM beside the table, optional, for transitions; 2 x DI, L/R XLR to FOH.
Live set audio: one stereo line from the artist's interface, through 2 DI boxes, to FOH. DJ set audio: mixer master to FOH as usual. Both formats use the same booth monitors.
